crenox employs seven trainees
Targeted development and training to ensure long term demand in skilled personnel / crenox invites current and ex trainees to a two day team building excursion.Krefeld, September 7th, 2011. Seven trainees have commenced their career at crenox in Uerdingen. Four of them will be trained as plant process technicians, one as a laboratory technician and two as maintenance mechanics. The specialty chemicals producer sited in the ChemPark thus currently employs around 20 trainees.2011.
„A internationally oriented company such as crenox needs highly skilled personnel in order remain competitive”, says crenox managing Director Stefan Schaap. “We therefore train our own trainees year for year in a stringent training programme in order to ensure and further enhance our market position.“
All new trainees had completed practicals at crenox prior to entering traineeship and had thus familiarized themselves with the opportunities available in the organization. „We have been following this process very successfully for many years now“, said Rafael Mothes, responsible for training at crenox. „Both the company and the trainee are then fully aware of what to expect thus providing a high degree of confidence for the future perspectives.“
crenox invited the new trainees to an excursion to welcome and become acquainted as an initiation to training. Next management representatives the trainees were accompanied by several predecessors to provide a warm welcome. The programme included discussions with training, production and general management as well as with occupational safety and employee representatives. Sport and a visit to a “ropes course” completed the team building exercise.
