The German market economy is characterized by open competition. This is why companies work hard to find talented junior staff. To keep up in this competition crenox is following a special concept.
Beside the classical application procedures crenox tries to individually find talented junior staff – whether if these are apprentices or students.
crenox attaches special importance on an practical career planning for pupils from 8th grade (German school system) on. Therefore we also offer trainings for pupils within this age. These trainings provide a first impression of the offered apprenticeships.
The direct involvement into the practical work is very important for us. Right from the beginning we support the individual responsibility of our trainees.
During the training we stay in close contact to the teachers to extend a comprehensive and individual career planning for our trainees. Therefore crenox has a close collaboration with schools, colleges and other business companies
